What?s next in the FCC?s IP Transition order?

Curious about the IP Transition? On January 30, the FCC issued its Orders, Report and Orders, Further Notices of Proposed Rulemaking, and Proposal for Ongoing Data Initiative (Order).
In the event that seems a bit, well, confusing, read Benton Foundation’s “What Comes Next in the IP Transition: Voluntary, Service-Based Experiments.” This will explain the series of tests and trials that will help determine the shape of our transition from copper wire to IP telecommunications.
