Net neutrality briefing schedule set
The parties to the Verizon/MetroPCS/Free Press challenge to FCC network neutrality rules have agreed on a 2012 schedule - with first briefs filed by July 2, and final briefs due Nov. 21.
Parties will file separate briefs because although Verizon and MetroPCS' both oppose the rules, they differ on FCC authority over wireless broadband, while Free Press believes the FCC's rules do not go far enough.
