'Nett' Gains for CWA Members
The National Coalition for Telecommunications Education and Learning is a partnership between leading telecommunications employers and the CWA and IBEW. It allows workers to take online courses leading to a two-year associate college degree in telecommunications.

Broadband would allow streaming audio-visual material and real-time two-way conversations among students and faculty.
